I’ve always loved bringing calm and structure to busy lives, whether that was in my 13 years working across not-for-profits, events, hospitality, and admin, or now through Ivory & Ink. What I realised along the way is that most business owners don’t need more to-do lists they need a way of working that actually feels sustainable.
That’s why I created the CALM Back Method™. It’s how I help women-led businesses cut the overwhelm, get organised, and build systems that stick. Think of me as your business bestie: part coach, part strategist, part accountability partner.
As a neurodivergent mum and business owner myself, I know how easy it is to get pulled in every direction. My role is to take away the noise and give you back the time, clarity, and confidence to focus on what matters most.

Coffee + a book = my reset Give me a quiet corner, a good read, and a slice of cake and I’m in my element. It’s my go-to escape from the busyness of everyday life.
Family time is everything - Whether it’s exploring Dorset, a walk by the sea, or a film night at home, I’m happiest making memories with my favourite people.
Crafting keeps me calm = I love crochet and cross-stitch (and I’m always trying new projects). There’s something so satisfying about creating something with your hands and seeing it come to life.
That mix of calm and creativity is what I bring into my work too. I know what it’s like to be spinning plates, feeling like there aren’t enough hours in the day, and wondering how on earth you’re meant to keep all the moving parts together. I am a neurodivergent, geriatric millennial with small children, trust me I get it.
Ivory & Ink is more than a business to me, it’s me finding myself again. As a neurodivergent mum trying to do it all, I know how easy it is to lose your calm and feel buried under the weight of it.
That’s why I created this space: to help other women-led founders take back their time, their calm, and themselves too
I was nervous about handing over plans to someone else, however knew I just couldn’t do it all. My worries faded as soon as I met Gemma, warm, bubbly and friendly, I knew she was the one who could save me.
She has a wonderful way of making your dreams become reality, a true fairy godmother. I cannot thank or recommend Gemma enough.
